Omar Mejia is responsible for maintaining the building and grounds of Plaza Fiesta. He assists with repairs and renovation projects, coordinates inspections, and supervises his team. Omar was born and raised in Colombia. He is a proud father of six kids, Brianna, Kaitlyn, Josias, Camila, Sophia, and Sebastian.
